Before you book
How do I get in on the night?
Open the UNVRS app, tap your ticket, and show the live QR at the door. It refreshes every few seconds, so screenshots won't work — but once it has loaded it works without a signal.
Do I need an account?
No. Your phone number is your account. Confirm it once with a code, and every ticket you have bought is waiting under that number on any device.
Can I buy for friends?
Yes. Choose the quantity and add each guest's number — their ticket appears in the UNVRS app when they sign in with it. Each is scanned separately at the door.
What about refunds?
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled you are refunded in full, automatically, to the method you paid with. Change-of-mind refunds are down to each organiser and shown on the event page before you pay.
Which payment methods work?
InstaPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and any Visa or Mastercard. Everything is charged in Egyptian pounds with no conversion on top.
